What is Amplitude Neurofeedback?
Amplitude Neurofeedback is an advanced form of brain training that uses real-time feedback to help individuals regulate and optimize their brainwave patterns.
By measuring brain activity through EEG (electroencephalography) and providing feedback, amplitude neurofeedback encourages desired brainwave frequencies, leading to improved cognitive functioning and emotional regulation.
Amplitude neurofeedback focuses on enhancing the overall amplitude or strength of brainwave activity in certain areas of the brain. The goal is to train the brain to increase or decrease certain brainwave frequencies to achieve optimal brain states.
Amplitude Training at ANPNJ
Because we use an attuned model, your clinician will determine the appropriate sites and frequencies for your training protocol based on your arousal assessment, symptoms, and goals. For this type of training, a QEEG is usually not required before beginning sessions.
