Clair L. Goldberg Psy.D., BCN

Co-Owner, Clinician, & Clinical Director

With over 20 years of clinical experience and ongoing professional training, I remain committed to the belief that it is never too late for growth and healing. This conviction shapes my therapeutic approach and informs my dedication to helping clients overcome challenges and thrive.

My understanding of how early life experiences impact neurophysiology has led me to expand my practice, incorporating the advanced brain-based therapies of neurofeedback and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). These allow me to incorporate the latest in neuroscience into clinical practice, offering my clients innovative methods to overcome suffering and optimize well-being.

As a certified Neuromeditation practitioner, I combine meditation techniques with neuroscience, offering personalized training to help clients regulate their brain activity, whether for relaxation, focus, or emotional balance. Additionally, my work in Peak Performance training enables individuals to optimize mental clarity, resilience, and focus, supporting them to reach their full potential in both personal and professional realms.

I have had the privilege of collaborating with leading figures in the field of trauma, and I am honored to bring their insights and techniques into my work. In addition to my clinical practice, I am actively involved in national and international teaching and mentoring, sharing this transformative knowledge with other professionals. The attuned connection I form with my clients remains at the heart of my practice, guiding each step of the therapeutic journey.
